Sports on Tap at Prairieland Park is hiring a full-time Supervisor. Applicants must be available to work day, evening and weekend shifts. Reporting to the Manager – Sports on Tap, the Supervisor ensures that a high level of service and a great customer experience are provided.

Duties:

· Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities

· Training of staff

· Monitor and control food costs

· Quality control

· Inventory management

Qualifications:

· Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in commercial food preparation

· Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience

· Strong problem solving and decision making skills

· Must have a strong commitment to customer service excellence

· Must have the ability to communicate pleasantly and professionally with guests and co-workers

· Be mature and dependable

· Must be self-motivated and driven

· Must be at least 19 years of age

· Must have a minimum of two years bar and restaurant experience including bartending and serving experience

· Must have a strong commitment to customer service excellence

· Must have the ability to communicate pleasantly and professionally with guests and co-workers

· Be mature and dependable

· Be physically fit and be able to lift full kegs of beer

· Must be self-motivated and driven

Sports on Tap at Prairieland Park is hiring a bartender. This is a part-time position with the potential to be full-time. Applicants must be available to work day, evening & weekend shifts.

Duties:

· Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

· Maintain inventory and control bar stock

· Cashier duties

· General cleaning duties

· Previous bartending experience is an asset

· Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and preparing them efficiently

· Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately

Qualifications:

· Successful applicants must have the Serve it Right course and be able to provide us with their completion certificate

· Must be 19 years of age

· Be mature and dependable

· Be physically fit and be able to lift full kegs of beer (162 lbs.)

· Must have a strong commitment to customer service excellence

· Must have the ability to communicate pleasantly and professionally with guests and co-workers

· Identify belligerent customers, and work with Management when needed to maintain a safe environment
